Viva con Agua de St. Pauli e. V. is a non-profit development organization founded in 2006 with headquarters in Hamburg-St. Pauli. The international network of people and organizations works to ensure safe access to clean drinking water and basic sanitation. You can purchase Viva Con Agua at the Hostel Mannheim.

Goldeimer is the social toilet paper. All proceeds go to there charitable work and with your purchase you support education, awareness and projects for access to water, sanitation and hygiene worldwide. At Hostel Mannheim we use this toilet paper.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- CANCELLATION: You can cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. Please give us your full name and your booked arrival date.
- NO-SHOW: If you don't show up without canceling, we will charge the cost of the Stay.
- PLEASE NOTE: Our reception is open from 7am to 11am and from 3pm to 10pm. Check-out by 11 a.m. - check-in from 3 p.m.
- If it is not possible to arrive at the stated times, then give us a quick call, we are guaranteed to find a solution.
- If you arrive after 10 p.m., please let us know in advance.
- At check-in you will receive an NFC chip so that you have 24/7 access to the hostel, alternatively you can also use your smartphone.
- The reception is on the 5th floor - the elevator only goes to the 4th floor - if you can't reach it, you can reach us online or by phone.
- If you lose the NFC chip, we will have to charge you €50.
- At check-in you sign the house rules, which you must agree to.
- Please keep in mind that there can be up to 60 other guests in the hostel. Therefore we appeal to the night rest, from 10 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE:
- We do Offer a little included breakfast, even fully equipped kitchens and a drinks and snack machine.
- Shops such as supermarkets & Co. are in the immediate vicinity.
- There's coffee on the 5th floor.
