CANCELLATION
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Please tell us your full name, booking number and the booked arrival date.
NO-SHOW
In the event of no-show (without cancellation), we will charge your deposited payment method - with the costs for the stay.
Please note
Our reception is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-out by 11:00 a.m., check-in from 3:00 p.m.
If it is not possible to appear at the specified times, give us a quick call - we are guaranteed to find a solution.
The rooms are cleaned between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
At check-in you will receive an NFC chip so that you have 24/7 access to the hostel.
If you lose the NFC chip, we have to charge you €50.
At check-in you accept the house rules, which you must agree to.
Please keep in mind that up to 60 other guests can stay in the hostel, so please ensure that the night is quiet - from 10:00 p.m.
