- The reception, thus the lounge area and the loggia are closed from 10 p.m. (Noise protection)
- Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. we ask you to respect the night’s rest and not to disturb the other guests. Persons who violate the house rest could be denied further stay and possibly banned from the house.
- Willful damage or theft - our facility - will be punished and charged.
- The registration form, which you have to fill out when checking in, remains with us for up to one year. (DTV)
- Open fires, smoking and lighting candles are not permitted anywhere in the hostel. In the event of a violation, we charge a cleaning fee of 100 € and, if necessary, ban you from the house. (Exception: loggia)
- For security reasons, it is not allowed to lean out of the windows - they may only be opened for ventilation. The windowsill may not be used as a seat and nothing may be thrown or shouted out of the windows.
- Persons not booked in the hostel are only allowed to enter after prior registration at the reception. The hostel and its employees can refuse access in individual cases.
- The use of electrical devices brought along (such as kettles, hotplates, grills or similar) is not permitted. Violations and the resulting damage to the premises will be charged to the guest in full.
- In the event of a fire, we ask you to refer to the escape and rescue plan located in the entrance area. We also ask you to inform the reception immediately.
- The Hostel Mannheim expressly accepts no liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry, cash, laptops, mobile phones).
- We reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and to stop services for those guests if you violate the house rules and the behavior of the guest causes damage to the hostel or other guests.
- CANCELLATION: You can cancel a booking free of charge up to 7 DAYS before your arrival.

- NO-SHOW: If you don't show up (without cancellation), we will charge your deposited payment method - with the costs for the stay.
- PLEASE NOTE: Our reception is open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out by 11 a.m., check-in from 3 p.m.
- If it is not possible to arrive at the stated times, then give us a quick call, we are guaranteed to find a solution.
- If you arrive after 10 p.m. please let us know in advance.
- At check-in you will receive an NFC chip so that you have 24/7 access to the hostel.
- If you lose the NFC chip, we will have to charge you €50.
- Please remember that there can be up to 60 other guests in the hostel, so we remind you about the night's rest - from 10 p.m.
